Drum Clinics

The knowledge, understanding and love of the drum these three men possess is special. They have much to share with fellow drummers. They teach with authority because of their collective exposure to the many forms and styles of music they learned so well by being on the scene!

Over decades they had the opportunity to perform with many of Jazz’s extraordinary players. In order to compliment and please these unique innovators, during a performance they themselves had to invent hundreds of spontaneous nuances that made sense. (See biographies)

Therefore they are capable of demonstrating unique methods of execution via patterns, rhythmic modulations, shadings, colorations, tonal qualities, spatial tension and much more. In this context a new-ness is constantly evolving. Drummers and musicians who have seen a performance are stimulated and motivated to set new parameters for themselves.
